Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst – Healthcare Company: Aaratech Inc. Job Summary Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Healthcare to support healthcare initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and business performance. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with healthcare, IT, and business teams to support project initiatives. Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend process improvements. Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities. Prepare project documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications. Knowledge of healthcare processes and data analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Knowledge of healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance. Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus. About Aaratech Inc.
