Job Title: Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics Company: Aaratech Inc. Job Summary Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics to support supply chain and logistics operations by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements. Analyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics processes. Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with operations, procurement, business, and IT teams. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities. Present business recommendations and project updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering. Knowledge of supply chain operations and ERP systems. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies. Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps. Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, APICS CSCP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus. About Aaratech Inc.
