Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to generate business insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business decisions. Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and business documentation. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills Business Analysis: BRD, FRD, User Stories, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, UAT, Stakeholder Management Tools: SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP/CRM applications and system integrations. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are preferred.
