Required Skills & Experience Must-Haves: • 2-3+ Years Business Analyst • MySQL - Writing Queries + Building Dashboards • Power Bi/Tableau experience in data visualization • Bachelors in BA, IT, Economics, etc. • Strong Communication Skills + Personality fit for C-suite level communication (going to be working with Executive Director for reporting, idea generation, etc.) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Plusses: • Healthcare/Hospital experience • Exposure to Epic • RPA/Automation/AI exposure?
