Business Analyst

Must-Have Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst Strong experience with MySQL (writing queries, data extraction) Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards/visualization Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, IT, Economics, or related field Strong communication skills with the ability to work with executive-level stakeholders Nice-to-Have (Plusses) Experience in healthcare or hospital environments Exposure to Epic (EMR system) Experience with RPA, automation, or AI tools/agents Certifications in Business Analytics, BI, Data Science, or Quality Improvement Master’s degree Background in consulting, process improvement (PI), or strategy CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities Partner with clinical and operational teams to define, track, and report performance metrics Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs across clinical, operational, and financial domains Prepare and manage data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis Support system-wide quality improvement initiatives and strategic decisions Collaborate with analytics teams to enhance reporting capabilities Provide guidance/mentorship to a junior analyst Compensation: $38/hr to $40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
