Business Analyst
Description
IntePros is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives for an award-winning healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned business analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business analysis, project management, process improvement, and organizational change. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to define business needs, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and help guide projects from initial discovery through implementation and measurement. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work in Philadelphia, PA as needed. Responsibilitie sLead business analysis activities across complex projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and stakeholder approval .Partner with business and project stakeholders to identify needs, evaluate opportunities, recommend solutions, and support successful organizational change .Develop business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, process documentation, test plans, test cases, and test scripts .Support project management activities, including business case development, project documentation, implementation planning, testing, training, and ongoing project coordination .Facilitate strategic planning and the development and implementation of project support plans .Lead and support Request for Proposal (RFP) activities, including functional requirements, vendor evaluation criteria, scorecards, scoring processes, and demonstration scenarios .Establish measurement strategies to evaluate project effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and other key success metrics .Support process improvement initiatives by developing process flows, value stream maps, and related documentation .Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to improve the quality and effectiveness of project and program delivery .Maintain organized, accurate project documentation based on the requirements of each initiative .Promote business analysis and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the organization .Participate in ongoing professional development related to business analysis, project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement . Required Qualificatio nsBachelor’s degre e.5+ years of business analysis experienc e.Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines and business analysis principles and technique s.Strong experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, process mapping, testing, and stakeholder managemen t.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visi o.Working knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guideline s.Understanding of change management and risk management principle s.Familiarity with healthcare and/or research operations, processes, and system s.Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder group s. Preferred Qualificati ons7+ years of progressive business analysis experience, including responsibility for medium-to-large, complex projec ts.3+ years of project management experience supporting or leading small-to-medium initiativ es.3+ years of experience within healthcare, research, or an academic environme nt.Advanced degree in healthcare, healthcare IT, business administration, management, or a related fie ld.One or more relevant professional certifications, such as:Certified Business Analysis Professional (CB AP)PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-P BA)Project Management Professional (P MP)Certified Associate in Project Management (CA PM)Six Sigma Green Belt or Black B elt
