Business Analyst (Entry-Level) 📍 United States (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote Opportunities) 🕒 Full-Time 💼 Experience: 0–3 Years About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team in the United States. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about business process improvement, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering innovative business solutions. The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Project Managers, Software Development teams, QA teams, and leadership to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories. Perform gap analysis, workflow analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, and business documentation. Analyze business data and prepare reports for management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure successful implementation of business solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Required Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree (Required) in Business Administration (MBA), Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, Management, Operations Management, or a related field 0–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
