Overview Eau Claire Partners is one of Canada's fastest-growing Managing General Agencies (MGAs). We partner with independent financial advisors by providing access to leading insurance and investment solutions, advanced case support, marketing resources, technology and practice development. We're looking for a senior Business Development Manager who enjoys building relationships with experienced financial advisors and helping them grow their businesses. This is a relationship-driven role, not a cold sales position. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, recruiting and onboarding established insurance and investment advisors across Canada. What You'll Do * Identify and recruit experienced financial advisors across Canada * Build and manage a consistent pipeline of advisor prospects * Conduct discovery meetings to understand each advisor's practice and growth goals * Present the advantages of partnering with Eau Claire Partners * Coordinate a seamless onboarding experience for new advisors * Build long-term relationships with advisors and centres of influence * Attend networking events and industry conferences * Collaborate with leadership to execute recruiting initiatives and growth strategies * Track recruiting activity and maintain an organized CRM pipeline What We're Looking For * 3+ years of business development, recruiting or relationship management experience * Experience in insurance, investments, banking, wealth management or financial services * Proven ability to build relationships with professionals and business owners * Strong communication and presentation skills * Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills * Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously * Professional, confident and highly accountable * Experience recruiting financial advisors is considered a strong asset What We Offer * Competitive base salary * Uncapped performance bonuses * Comprehensive health and dental benefits * Direct access to senior leadership * Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow * Modern office in downtown Calgary * Supportive, entrepreneurial culture focused on long-term success If you enjoy connecting with high-performing professionals and helping them build thriving businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
