About the Role Enzo Logistics is a growing freight brokerage looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a build-and-own opportunity: you'll develop new customer relationships, grow your own book of business, and be rewarded directly for the margin you generate, not just the volume you move. This role is ideal for a self-motivated logistics sales professional who wants more ownership over their income and career than a typical brokerage desk offers. What You'll Do - Prospect and develop new customer relationships across Canada and the U.S. - Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to support competitive, reliable service - Negotiate freight rates and quote LTL/FTL shipments, balancing customer pricing with target gross margins - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing, and account growth - Collaborate with dispatch/operations to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction - Monitor market conditions and carrier capacity to identify new business opportunities What We're Looking For - 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, transportation sales, or logistics business development - Solid understanding of LTL and FTL operations, including cross-border U.S./Canada lanes - Proven ability to prospect and close new business independently - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude - Existing book of business or carrier/customer relationships considered a strong asset - Proficiency with TMS platforms, Excel, and Outlook Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $50,000-$70,000/year, based on experience - Uncapped commission, tied to gross margin performance, no cap on upside - Full-time, in-office role in Toronto, ON - Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as Enzo's team expands How to Apply Please submit your resume to be considered for this role.
