🚀 Job Title: Operations Business Intelligence Analyst 📍 Location: Bedford, MA 💼 Job Type: Full-time, On-site My client is a dynamic company that develops high-precision direct-drive motion control systems and robotic automation technologies for industries such as semiconductors, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and aerospace They are looking to add a FULLY ON-SITE Business Intelligence Analyst, to support Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER Responsibilities: Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership. Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP systems (Epicor, Aegis, MiSys), SQL databases, and other business systems to drive informed decision-making. Perform inventory, supply chain, supplier, BOM, and cost analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement. Create recurring and ad hoc reports while enhancing reporting efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity through automation and process improvements. Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
