Business Process Analyst – Product Operations W2 Contract | Through January 2027 | Onsite in Atlanta, GA Overview We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the Product organization by evaluating and improving the tools, workflows, and operating practices product managers use day-to-day. This role will partner closely with the Product Center of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to assess how teams are currently using tools (e.g., Jira and related planning/roadmapping and collaboration platforms), identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements through current-state / future-state analysis. The ideal candidate is a strategic, research-oriented consultant who can translate findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations and implementation roadmaps. Key Responsibilities Assess how product teams use their core toolset (e.g., Jira workflows/configuration, intake/prioritization, reporting/dashboards, documentation standards) and identify opportunities to better leverage existing capabilities, AI, and automation. Conduct stakeholder interviews, working sessions, and process mapping to document current-state practices across teams. Define future-state workflows, governance, and enablement assets (templates, playbooks, training materials) that improve consistency and adoption. Develop executive-level communication materials (PowerPoint) that summarize findings, recommendations, and measurable business impact. Partner with product leadership and operations to prioritize improvements and sequence work into an actionable roadmap. Support change management and adoption measurement for new processes and tool usage standards. Facilitate workshops, discussions, and documentation sessions to ensure product operations priorities are integrated across the portfolio. Translate findings into actionable recommendations that can influence product strategy and business outcomes. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, product operations, business transformation, or similar consulting/analysis roles Demonstrated experience evaluating and improving product management workflows and/or tool usage (Jira preferred). Excellent executive communication skills; advanced PowerPoint proficiency (Miro or equivalent collaboration tools a plus). Strong process documentation and facilitation skills (workshops, interviews, requirements/process mapping) Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and product teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify gaps and propose strategic improvements. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $45.00 to $55.00/hr.
