Carpenter McT Construction McT Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their workmanship, values professionalism, and is committed to delivering high-quality construction projects. Responsibilities * Complete residential construction projects * Perform framing, structural carpentry, renovations, additions, decks, and finish carpentry * Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications * Install doors, windows, siding, trim and other finish materials * Work independently and as part of a team to meet project schedules * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site * Mentor and assist labourers and apprentices in developing their skills Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience preferred * Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans * Experience with framing, renovations, and finish carpentry * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer * Competitive wages based on experience * Full-time, year-round employment * Opportunities for advancement and leadership roles * Diverse and challenging projects * Supportive team environment * High-quality tools, equipment, and materials * Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and skill development About McT Construction McT Construction specializes in high-quality residential custom homes.
