Case Worker - Supported Independent Living (SIL)

SLCS is currently seeking Full-Time Case Workers for our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Program. The people we support live within the community and receive assistance with connection to resources, life skills education and activities of daily living. As a member of this interdisciplinary team, you will provide support services and crisis intervention to adults with disabilities, mental health needs and/or addictions.
