Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be comfortable handling transactions at the point of sale. ## Responsibilities - Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system - Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services - Assist with product demonstrations and upselling opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely - Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs ## Requirements - Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling - Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is a plus - Excellent organizational skills to manage cashiering duties effectively Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Afternoon shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work days: * Every Weekend * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
