We are seeking a friendly and professional Full-Time Cashier with Customer Service experience to join our team at Hello Pharmacy, Tofino! This position offers an opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Perform Cashier, Customer Service duties, including, but not limited to: * Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product information and support. * Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system across multiple departments. * Assist with inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, stocking, and replenishment of merchandise. * Maintain attractive and organized product displays to ensure the store is well merchandised and visually appealing. * Support daily store operations by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for customers. * Perform general housekeeping duties, including tidying shelves, workstations, and customer areas. * Collaborate with pharmacy and retail team members to create a positive and seamless customer experience. * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards at all times. Qualifications * Prior experience in customer service, cashiering preferred * Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities * Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly * Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours including weekends if required Accommodations not offered for this position at this time.
