Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling. * Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support as needed. * Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing checkout area through effective merchandising. * Address customer inquiries with professionalism and provide solutions to any issues that arise. * Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling and customer service standards. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and phone etiquette. * Proficiency in basic math for accurate transaction processing. * Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or cashiering preferred. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently. * Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace. * Ability to perform product demos and engage customers effectively in technical sales discussions.
