Chief Executive Advisor – Job Description Position Title: Chief Executive Advisor Position Summary: The Chief Executive Advisor serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing high-level guidance on business growth, operational excellence, corporate strategy, financial performance, and organizational development. This role works closely with the CEO, executive team, and key stakeholders to support decision-making, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive long-term business success. Key Responsibilities Advise the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic planning and business initiatives. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to support corporate growth. Provide recommendations on organizational structure, operational efficiency, and business performance. Assist in developing and executing long-term business strategies and corporate objectives. Evaluate financial performance and support leadership in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with department leaders to align operational activities with company goals. Identify business risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions when applicable. Facilitate communication between executive leadership and key stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement. Represent executive leadership in meetings, negotiations, and special projects as assigned. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and governance standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Extensive senior leadership, consulting, or executive advisory experience. Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills. Excellent financial and operational acumen. Proven ability to influence executive-level decision-making. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Preferred Skills Experience advising C-suite executives or board members. Knowledge of corporate governance and organizational development. Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
