Chief Executive Officer

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role at Empleos CA. The CEO will provide overall strategic and operational leadership, setting long-term vision, defining measurable goals, and ensuring alignment across all functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, directing operations, guiding business planning, and leading sales and growth initiatives. The CEO will manage and mentor the executive team, foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders, partners, and clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and stewardship of organizational resources. Proven expertise in Operations Management, with experience optimizing processes, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination. Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including setting long-term objectives, defining KPIs, and executing growth plans. Background in Sales leadership, with experience driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and developing go-to-market strategies. Experience in executive leadership roles, preferably as a CEO or senior C-level leader in a growing organization. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. Track record of leading diverse, remote teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Show more Show less
