Company Description Solomon's Palace and Chateaus is an emerging kosher luxury resort development planned for the iconic Las Vegas South Strip. The project will feature a 300-room luxury hotel, 500 condominiums, a synagogue, and a clubhouse across more than 20 acres, designed to offer an upscale, faith-conscious hospitality experience. Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership, set organizational vision, and oversee the development and execution of the resort project. This full-time, on-site role in Boca Raton, FL involves directing day-to-day operations, guiding financial planning, and building and managing key executive teams and external partnerships. The CEO will lead business planning for hotel, residential, and amenity components; drive fundraising, investor relations, and equity partner engagement; and ensure that development milestones are met on time and within budget. The role includes collaborating with legal, construction, design, and hospitality stakeholders, establishing governance and policies, and implementing performance metrics, risk management, and compliance frameworks. The CEO will also represent the organization in public, investor, and community forums, while promoting an inclusive, ethical, and results-oriented culture. Qualifications Strong financial leadership skills, including Finance, investment oversight, capital structuring, and budget management. Proven expertise in Operations Management, with experience establishing and scaling processes for complex hospitality or real estate projects. Demonstrated ability in Business Planning, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and integrated hotel and residential development planning. Track record of driving Sales, stakeholder engagement, and investor or equity partner relations to support project growth. Advanced Strategic Planning skills, with the ability to define long-term vision, set priorities, and translate strategy into measurable execution. Prior executive leadership experience, preferably as CEO or C-level leader in hospitality, real estate development, or mixed-use projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
