Clinical Informatics Specialist
Description
Key Experience Proven hands-on experience with Cerner and/or Athena EHR systems , including direct system navigation and workflow support Experience creating and managing test patients, test data, and test cases within EHR environments Strong ability to translate clinical workflows into product requirements , including user stories and acceptance criteria Experience breaking down Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into actionable technical deliverables Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders) Experience engaging clinicians to gather feedback and validate workflow effectiveness Hands-on experience with testing, validation, and troubleshooting new features within EHR systems Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within Agile product environments Experience using Jira and/or Confluence for tracking requirements and collaboration Experience developing training materials or supporting end-user education for clinical applications Exposure to product management practices , including user story creation, backlog grooming, and workflow mapping Experience supporting user adoption and change management in healthcare technology environments
