Key Responsibilities Project management support — not a scientific/clinical role despite job title Invoice submission and tracking Updating trackers on study lifecycle status Contract follow-up — chasing outstanding contracts, liaising with legal team to draft (strong templates/legal support provided, no legal background needed) General filing and admin Occasional light science tasks (quick lit reviews) — nice-to-have, not required Responding to KOL emails within 24–48 hours to preserve relationships Key attributes: meticulous attention to detail (especially $ amounts on contracts/invoices), highly organized, able to prioritize under volume (e.g., handling multiple emails without feeling overwhelmed) Science background helpful but not required Rare Disease Experience Job Requirements 15 hours/week (casual/part-time) One 1-hour meeting during business hours weekly (Monday preferred, flexible) Daily email check-ins during business hours (~1 hour/day) Remaining work (filing, contract reminders) can be done evenings/flexible hours No meetings outside 8am–5pm business hours 6 months with possibility of extending 12 months East Coast preferred
