Clinical Research Associate

Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Migraine Clinical Trial Join a fast-growing CRO supporting innovative clinical research programs and help advance new therapies for patients living with migraine. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with 3+ years of independent monitoring experience to support an exciting Phase II–III migraine clinical study. What You'll Do Independently manage clinical trial sites from initiation through close-out, including SIVs, IMVs, COVs, and remote monitoring visits. Conduct source data review/verification (SDR/SDV), safety review, regulatory document oversight, and protocol compliance assessments. Apply risk-based monitoring (RBM) strategies to identify site risks, data trends, enrollment challenges, and quality issues. Build strong partnerships with investigators, site teams, sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, protocols, and sponsor requirements. What You Bring 3+ years of independent CRA monitoring experience in a CRO, biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device setting. Strong experience managing multiple investigative sites with minimal supervision. Knowledge of clinical trial operations, monitoring processes, and regulatory requirements.
