Clinical Research Associate (CRA II / Senior CRA I) - (US-Based, Home-based) We are currently hiring Clinical Research Associates to join a growing Full Service clinical operations team supporting global studies across Cardiovascular, CNS, Diabetes, and GLP-1 therapeutic areas. This is a home-based role anywhere in the United States, offering strong pipeline stability, structured study assignments, and the opportunity to work across complex, high-impact indications in late-phase clinical research. Role Overview You will be responsible for regional site monitoring across assigned studies, ensuring high-quality execution, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. This is a travel-based monitoring role with approximately 8-10 site visits per month , depending on study allocation and geography. You will be working within a Full Service CRO environment with exposure to both global and regional trials, collaborating closely with CTMs, study teams, and investigators. What You'll Be Doing • Conducting on-site and remote monitoring visits across assigned investigative sites • Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, and regulatory standards • Supporting site activation, maintenance, and close-out activities • Verifying source data, resolving queries, and ensuring data integrity • Building strong relationships with investigators and site staff • Contributing to study timelines, enrolment performance, and overall study quality Therapeutic Areas (Prior monitoring experience required in one of these areas) • Cardiovascular • CNS (Central Nervous System) • Diabetes • GLP-1 / Metabolic Disease Experience Required We are hiring at two levels: CRA II (1-3 years' experience) Senior CRA I (3-4 years' experience) Experience in monitoring within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment is required, ideally with exposure to multi-site, late-phase studies.
