Clinical Research Associate

One of our large CPG clients is seeking a Clinical Research Scientist to support the safety, efficacy, and claims substantiation of a portfolio of cosmetic and OTC skincare products. This individual will play a key role in clinical testing strategy, scientific literature review, data analysis, and scientific documentation throughout the product development lifecycle. The Clinical Research Scientist will partner closely with Clinical Operations, Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, Medical Marketing, Legal, and external research partners to develop evidence-based support for product claims, advertising reviews, scientific communications, and regulatory requirements. This role will provide dedicated support to the Eucerin business and offers strong potential for extension and conversion. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related scientific field 3+ years of experience in a CPG environment (skincare, personal care, haircare, food, etc.) Experience working for a product manufacturer/sponsor company or CRO Experience analyzing clinical studies and translating findings into consumer-facing product claims Strong scientific writing, literature review, and data interpretation skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal teams Preferred Qualifications Direct skincare or dermatology product experience Experience supporting evidence generation and clinical research programs Familiarity with cosmetic and OTC product claims substantiation Experience supporting advertising review and scientific communications Why This Role?
