Clinical Research Associate
Description
Symbio is a contract research organization supporting global studies across Dermatology, Inflammatory Diseases, Aesthetics, Rare Disease, Medical Devices, and Gastroenterology—from early development through regulatory approval. We are currently seeking full-time US CRAs, preferably with dermatology experience, mainly in Central and/or Eastarn part of the country. These positions will involve up to 50% travel. The qualified CRAs will be responsible for monitoring the progress of clinical studies at the site level. They will provide oversight of progress of clinical trials at investigational sites following ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and Federal Regulations as required at the coordinated discretion of CRA management. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Health Sciences or licensed/certified health care training. Bachelor's degree, preferred, along with a professional certification by Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) or Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCra) Thorough understanding of applicable country regulations (e.g. Food and Drug Administration), the clinical process, and critical elements of trial success Proficient knowledge of medical terminology 2+ years of experience with monitoring 6+ years of experience in the clinical research industry Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or comparable Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, multi-task efficiently, and prioritize workload and multiple deadlines Strong communication skills and good presentation skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Customer and service-oriented mind set Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with a sense of urgency Why Symbio?
