Upsilon Global is seeking experienced Freelance Senior Clinical Research Associates (SCRAs) based in the USA to support a specialist CRO partner focused on Haematology clinical trials . Our client is preparing to launch a Phase II Haematology study and is looking to engage three freelance SCRAs to join the project as soon as possible . Key Information Position: Freelance Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA) Location: USA Contract Type: 1099 Contractor FTE: Up to 1.0 FTE (dependent on monthly workload) Start Date: ASAP Travel: Regionalised site allocation based on your location Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site monitoring visits in accordance with the study protocol, ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform source data verification (SDV), review study documentation, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data. Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff to support successful study delivery. Support site start-up, routine monitoring, and close-out activities. Ensure subject safety by reviewing adverse event reporting and confirming appropriate follow-up actions. Identify, document, and resolve site issues while providing timely updates to the project team. Assist with regulatory inspections and sponsor audits when required. Maintain complete and accurate trial documentation, including essential documents and monitoring reports. Stay current with applicable regulations, industry guidance, and best practices in clinical research. Requirements 5+ years of independent CRA monitoring experience. Previous Haematology clinical trial experience is essential. Strong knowledge of U.S. clinical trial regulations, ICH-GCP, and FDA requirements. Experience managing sites independently from start-up through close-out. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned region across the USA.
