Clinical Trial Manager – Ophthalmology Clinical Programs

Our client is currently looking for an Experienced Clinical Trial Manager with responsibility for leading the start-up, execution, and close-out of global Phase I–IV clinical trials, including ophthalmology studies. The successful candidate will: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional study teams, ensuring project milestones, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements are achieved in compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines. Oversee CRO and vendor selection, training, and performance management while leading site feasibility and investigator engagement activities. Provide operational and strategic input into study protocols, informed consent forms, CRFs, and other essential study documents. Manages pharmacovigilance reporting, investigational product supply chain activities, and drug labeling, packaging, and distribution. Collaborate with data management teams on EDC development, data review, and query resolution. Support the implementation of clinical systems including IVRS/IWRS, CTMS, and site payment platforms. Ensure inspection readiness through accurate documentation and clinical record management, develop key study performance metrics, and contribute to SOP development and process improvements. Demonstrate experience managing ophthalmology trials involving retinal diseases, glaucoma, dry eye disease, and other vision-related indications across multicenter clinical research programs.
