Responsibilities Set forms for concrete foundations and footings accurately Prepare sites by clearing and organizing materials Pour concrete and ensure proper finishing Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the worksite Comply with all relevant construction safety protocols Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in construction and concrete forming Basic knowledge of concrete pouring techniques Understanding of construction safety practices Physical stamina suitable for demanding manual labor Ability to work effectively within a small team Attention to detail and time management skills Basic tool handling capability
