Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in residential and/or commercial construction Daily general site cleanup will be required Strong framing experience (residential and commercial) Skilled in using power tools (drills, grinders, saws, etc.) Skilled in door hardware installation (door closers, handles, panic bar, threshold, weatherstripping) Ability to install batt insulation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Solid understanding of structural components and building procedures Experience with layout and custom home construction processes Clean driver's license Reliable vehicle required Working at heights training, first aid training, telehandler training and hand signal awareness to signal operator from elevated area are all considered assets Supervisory experience is considered an asset Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow alongside a respected builder If you are passionate about your work, take pride in quality construction, and want to be part of a detail-oriented team, we'd love to hear from you.
