*Lead Hand | Labourer * Ottawa, ON Full-Time Westboro Utilities is a leading civil construction company specializing in utility infrastructure projects across Ottawa and surrounding areas. We are committed to delivering high-quality work while prioritizing safety, teamwork, and excellence. We are seeking a committed and reliable Lead hand / laborer to join our utilities team.
