Position Overview As a Courier for Kindling Cannabis, you will be the face of our delivery service, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant delivery of cannabis products to customers. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for creating positive customer interactions. Couriers are responsible for verifying customer ID, maintaining delivery records, and representing the Kindling brand on the road. Key Responsibilities Delivery Execution * Deliver cannabis products to customers within the designated time window ( within 1 hour) * Verify customer identification and age in compliance with AGCO and company policies * Handle cashless payments using approved delivery technology platforms * Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and completed transactions through cigo Customer Experience * Provide friendly, discreet, and professional service at every delivery touchpoint * Communicate with customers regarding ETAs, delays, or order-related questions via approved systems * Ensure packages are transported securely and with care * Represent Kindling Cannabis positively in the community Compliance & Operations * Adhere strictly to all AGCO regulations, Health Canada guidelines, and company SOPs * Ensure your vehicle is maintained in good working condition through regular checks and timely servicing * Assist with in-store tasks during downtime, such as order packing, inventory prep or cleaning * Protect customer privacy and comply with all confidentiality policies Qualifications * Valid G-class driver?s license with clean driving record * Access to a reliable, insured vehicle * CannSell certification (or willingness to obtain before start date) * Excellent time management and communication skills * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented * Experience in delivery, courier, or customer-facing roles is an asset Compensation Waged Drivers: · 17.60$/hour · Commission per delivery · Tips On-Call Drivers: - $0.67/km - Commission per delivery -Tips Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: $17.60 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Store discount Work Location: In person
