Creative Frontend Developer

We're seeking an ambitious frontend engineer eager to grow within our specific tech ecosystem and learn from experienced practitioners. What You'll Do Build marketing sites and web experiences for exciting tech startups at the cutting edge using Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS Contribute to internal tooling — we're actively building AI-native systems and automation agents for internal workflows Make creative decisions or execute creative explorations where necessary during development while collaborating deeply with our design team to bring a design to life Our Tech Stack Frontend: React/TypeScript, Next.js (App directory), Tailwind CSS Animation & 3D: Motion (FKA Framer Motion), ThreeJS/React Three Fiber/Drei AI workflows: Claude Code/Codex, skills, MCPs, Vercel AI SDK, Eve Backend & CMS: Convex, Sanity What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in a development role Strong TypeScript/React fundamentals, comfortable with NextJS and an understanding of other JS frameworks Eye for design-engineering — you care about pixel-level polish, not just "it works" Able to work independently on a project once scoped, but communicate clearly when blocked Strength in, or curiosity, about AI tooling in dev workflows (we use Claude Code heavily, including custom skills) Interest in frontier tech (AI, energy, robotics) Why Asimov Exposure to the most interesting startups in hard tech right now We're actively investing in AI-native internal tooling, so there's room to shape how the whole studio works, not just ship client sites We are a small team defined by high trust & high ownership — you'll see your work shipped fast and with high visibility
