Hensall Co-op is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral member of our team! The Credit Manager will manage the daily activities of the AR/Credit Department, liaise with partners, conduct credit reviews and establish credit limits, and provide exceptional service to our customers and members. This a full-time position at our Hensall location. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage the daily activities of the AR/Credit Department * Ensure all team members understand the credit and collections policies and procedures. * Conduct credit reviews of new and existing customers to determine credit worthiness, establish credit limits for both Domestic and Export accounts. * Resolve credit related issues with customers. * Collect all overdue accounts, collection accounts and previously written off accounts. * Work collaboratively with sales staff to resolve outstanding account issues. * Provide personable and professional customer service experience to customers, members, and investors. * Processing of online payments. * Liaise with Farm Credit Canada and other partners. * Ensure that all HC employees understand the credit policies, procedures, and controls so that they can be followed correctly. * Attend member functions, farm shows, grower meetings and other corporate events to network with current and potential customers/members. * Meet members and potential members to discuss their investment needs. * Provide support to the Membership & Customer Service Officer. * Establish priorities, initiate new ideas and concepts to deal with problems, and to improve efficiency. * Understand and follow all HC Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. * All other duties as assigned.
