Cambridge (Corporate Office) Position: Credit Manager Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience Vision Truck Group is currently seeking a highly analytical and strategic Credit Manager to join our team at our new corporate office in Cambridge. The ideal candidate would be professional and detail-oriented with a strong background in risk assessment, commercial credit, and customer relationship management. What You?ll Do: * Evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial statements, credit bureau reports, and references. * Approve, adjust, or deny credit limits and payment terms based on risk parameters. * Review existing customer accounts periodically to adjust credit limits and risk categories. * Serve as the direct report for the Accounts Receivable department. * Monitor again accounts receivable reports to identify delinquent balances early. * Implement effective collection strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt. * Maintain, update and enforce the corporate credit and collections policy. * Ensure all credit activities comply with provincial, federal, and industry regulations. * Track and report on key department metrics. * Present risk assessments and portfolio health updates to senior leadership. What You?ll Bring: * Previous Credit Management experience is required. * Minimum 5 years of credit experience. * Credit designation preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel. * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
