Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company located in Boisbriand, has retained us to recruit a Concierge (Food Manufacturing Industry) . Operating in the food sector, this organization is recognized for the quality of its fresh products, its expertise inspired by Italian tradition, and its commitment to the continuous improvement of its operations. What we're looking for: Minimum of 3 years of experience in general maintenance and building mechanics, ideally in a food manufacturing environment (although not required); Basic knowledge in various technical areas such as carpentry, plumbing, heating systems, and electrical work; Knowledge of a preventive maintenance system; Forklift certification (an asset). Key Responsibilities Perform routine repairs on plant equipment and infrastructure, including carpentry and general building maintenance; Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues; Replace defective parts and carry out upgrades when required; Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to obtain replacement parts; Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems; Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations.
