customer service representative - call centre

Customer Service · Receive/confirm customer purchase orders, confirm/check pricing and quantities and enter into the system · Liaise with Company warehouses and freight providers get quotes and arrange shipments · Complete all required documentation for shipping goods to customers · Liaise with Company customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment across borders Supplier Liaison · Monitor incoming shipments and ensure material reaches Company outside warehouse in a timely manner · Work with Company external warehouse providers to ensure product is stored and managed appropriately Sales · To ensure the success of the company, all employees are expected to have some level of sales/customer activity. · Up to 5 customer accounts will be assigned for constant follow up. Health and Safety · Participate in Health and Safey audits/meetings at local office Pay: $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
