We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Clairmont, Alberta reporting to the Operations Manager. Job Overview Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for working directly with sales, production staff, and applicable processes utilized in the means and facilitation of production, shipping, and procurement of goods and services. Along with ensuring equipment is maintained to company standards, Dispatching Service Technicians and shop builds are correct and accurate. Responsibilities * Comply with all Company Health, Safety, & Quality Policies. * Participate in any associated training, processes, and procedures in accordance to documented internal standards. * Field incoming customer calls with a high level of accuracy and provide technical requirements * Generate/coordinate Wellhead/Frac drawings for assembly in the shop * Knowledge of conventional wellheads. * Check drawings for accuracy and all applicable equipment is pulled and correct * Generate/coordinate sales orders to shipment, complimenting other related functions within our organization. * Meet the 72-hour maximum sales order completion dead line. * Responsible for ordering and maintaining stock for current customers. * Coordinate related purchase orders to support all functions as required. * Preload sales orders to drive demand * Checking in Rental inventory when returned from the field * Ensure all paperwork is complete, concise, and accurate to documented procedures to ensure ?first?pass? success. * Work directly with the Shop to ensure assembly staff are held accountable to productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations for product and its timeliness to applicable documented, internal standards. * Mentor/direct all staff in best practices for all processes/procedures, both documented and un-documented. * Actively take part in the ?On-Call? rotation. * Assist manager in dispatch of service technicians. * Assist and actively mentor all staff accountable knowing continual visibility and growth is paramount. * Assist in Non-Conformance Report (NCR) meetings, investigations, actions, and resolutions. * Assist in shop building when timelines need to be met * Assist with training of staff when required * Field visits to customers periodically to build the relationship between customers and yourself. * Making sure all Customer Property is received and entered in the system * Responsible for checking in stock and making sure paperwork is handed in for receiving * Responsible for shipping product to the field via hotshot/GNWF delivery. * Generate/coordinate Stock Transfers to and from multiple branch locations. * Fluent in English, must communicate effectively, both written and verbal Schedule: * Monday to Friday * On call * Overtime Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Drivers Licence (required) Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * RRSP match Work Location: In person
