Customer Service Representative (PSW Preferred) ? Full-Time Kingsville IDA Pharmacy Kingsville IDA Pharmacy is looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! Preference will be given to candidates with a Personal Support Worker (PSW) background or experience with home health care equipment. What You'll Do: * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers. * Assist customers with home health care equipment and mobility devices. * Deliver products to patients' homes (must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes). * Safely lift and move equipment weighing 50?75 lbs. * Work collaboratively with our pharmacy and home health care teams. What We're Looking For: * Friendly, compassionate, and dependable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of home health care equipment and devices is an asset. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Available to work Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays (9:00 a.m. ? 1:00 p.m.).
