Customer Support Engineer | North America | Travel Across the US | Cutting-Edge Navigation Technology Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and working with world-leading technology? We're recruiting a Customer Support Engineer / Technical Support Specialist to join an innovative organization at the forefront of high-precision navigation and positioning systems. Their technology powers some of the world's most exciting industries, including Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Aerospace, Drones, Geospatial Mapping and Surveying. You'll join a close-knit support team focused on the North American market, providing expert technical support to customers while travelling across the US (all expenses paid) to help solve real-world engineering challenges. What you'll be doing • Deliver technical support for advanced hardware and software systems • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues • Visit customer sites across the US to provide hands-on support • Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience • Become a trusted technical expert for cutting-edge positioning technology What we're looking for • Engineering degree (Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, Mathematics or similar) or equivalent industry experience • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across hardware, software or electronics • A logical, methodical approach to problem solving • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills • Willingness to travel throughout the US, sometimes at short notice Desirable • GNSS, Positioning, Localization, MEMS, Inertial Navigation, LiDAR, Sensor Fusion, Precision Control, Tracking & Monitoring or Georeferencing technologies • Technical support within Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Aerospace, Drones, Geospatial Technology, Surveying, Telecoms or Mapping • Automotive test houses If you're looking to combine cutting-edge technology with customer interaction and nationwide travel, we'd love to hear from you.
