Data Analyst

Role Overview Our financial services client is looking for a Data Analyst to support their Investment, Investor Relations, and Operations teams. You'll help gather, organize, validate, and document firm information across systems, working closely with team leads to build reliable data and reporting workflows. Responsibilities Collect and validate data across Investment, Investor Relations, and Operations functions. Maintain records across internal systems including Excel, CRM platforms, and databases. Support investor communications, portfolio reporting, and ad hoc data requests. Reconcile figures across source documents and internal datasets. Document workflows, data definitions, and standard operating procedures to keep processes repeatable and auditable. Help test and review outputs from internal automation and data processing tools. Manage quarterly data collection cycles, including standardization and validation against prior periods. What We're Looking For 2 to 3 years of experience in data operations, business operations, or fund and investment operations. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business analytics, or a related field. Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured, recurring reporting processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open items across teams. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Curiosity to learn tools like SQL, Python, and Markdown based documentation systems. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
