Here, you will find a super-immersive learning environment and an opportunity to rapidly grow your career.What you'll be doingSupport our cloud operations infrastructure and applications for our customer needsTroubleshoot technical issues across our platformFine-tuning and configuring various cloud infrastructuresPerforming services such as patching, and software upgradesCreating backups and managing disaster recoveryMaintaining access control, as well as the integrity of dataEffectively monitoring performance and availabilityYou're a great candidate ifYou have experience in using cloud services like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft AzureYou have practical experience and knowledge in working with Linux OSYou have experience in investigation and debugging of issuesWorking knowledge of relational DBs [Postgres, MariaDB, MySQL]Have some experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines)Have some familiarity with microservices and DockerHave some knowledge of Configuration Management & Infrastructure as Code [Terraform, Ansible, Puppet]You have a great ability to work and collaborate effectively with other team members
