Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to turn business questions into actionable insights Pull, clean, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting is accurate and trustworthy Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams track performance and make decisions Automate recurring data pulls and reporting processes to save time and reduce manual work Support ad hoc requests and dig into issues to help teams understand what’s driving results Continuously look for ways to improve data quality, reporting, and overall analytics processes Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) 2+ years of experience working with data in a business environment Strong skills in Excel and SQL; experience with Python or similar is a plus Experience building dashboards or reports (Power BI preferred) Ability to take messy, real-world data and turn it into clear insights Strong communication skills—you can explain the “so what” to the business Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar tools Understanding of data modeling, automation, or basic statistical analysis Someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and always looking for a better way to do things Show more Show less
