Data Analyst

Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join a high-impact Revenue Analytics team that serves as a bridge between Finance, Technology, and Clinical Operations. This role will help deliver critical insights into revenue cycle performance, reimbursement trends, cash collections, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in SQL, comfortable working with large datasets, and enjoys partnering with business stakeholders to solve complex data challenges. Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Analyze revenue, financial, and operational data to support business and clinical stakeholders. Write, modify, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates, mismatches, and reporting discrepancies. Develop ad hoc reports and analytics to support revenue cycle visibility and business performance. Partner with Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Business Leaders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Support Power BI dashboards by validating data, maintaining reports, and collaborating with BI developers on visualization requirements. Assist with data integration initiatives, including future Databricks environments connecting clinical and revenue datasets. Translate business needs into meaningful reporting and analytics solutions. Qualifications 3+ years of Data Analytics experience Advanced SQL skills, including: Query development Stored procedure modification Data validation and troubleshooting Ad hoc reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Pivot Tables IF Statements Text-to-Columns Date Formatting Experience supporting reporting and dashboard initiatives Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Preferred Qualifications Healthcare, Revenue Cycle, Revenue Integrity, Claims, Reimbursement, or Payer Analytics experience Power BI reporting and dashboard maintenance experience Exposure to Databricks Basic VBA/Macro experience Experience working with clinical and financial datasets
