Data & Reporting Engineer

Job Title: Data & Reporting Engineer Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking a Data & Reporting Engineer to support enterprise reporting, compliance, and operational analytics initiatives. This role will focus on developing reporting solutions, managing data integrations, improving data quality, and delivering actionable insights across End User Computing and Microsoft 365 environments. Responsibilities Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI. Design, document, and support data feeds, integrations, and end-to-end data flows. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets for reporting and analytics. Utilize Microsoft Graph API and other APIs to extract, transform, and report on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID data. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and feed monitoring to ensure reporting accuracy. Troubleshoot data feed issues, reporting discrepancies, and production support incidents. Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver reporting solutions and continuous improvements. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Reporting. Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI (including DAX). Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365/Entra ID reporting. Experience with Alteryx, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration. Strong understanding of data modeling, data lineage, reconciliation, and reporting governance. Experience troubleshooting data feeds and supporting production reporting environments. Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Additional Requirements Must be a US Citizen.
