Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Data Scientist to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with internship, research, or academic project experience who are passionate about solving business problems using data. As an entry-level data scientist, you will work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build predictive models, develop dashboards, and generate actionable insights that support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights. Develop and validate machine learning and statistical models. Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Build data visualizations that communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions. Document methodologies, code, and analytical results. Stay current with industry trends, AI technologies, and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience (internships, capstone projects, research, or academic experience are acceptable). Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis. Experience with SQL. Understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning fundamentals. Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Jupyter Notebook. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with Git/GitHub. Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines. Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
