Elements Dental, Victoria, BC Location: Victoria, BC Compensation: 40% Position Type: Part Time to Start, with Growth to Full Time About Elements Dental Elements Dental is a full service, holistic and biologically based dental practice located in the heart of Victoria, BC. Every aspect of our care, from material selection to treatment planning, is grounded in the belief that oral health and systemic health are inseparable. Our practice is new, ergonomic, and high tech. We are fully digital and paperless, with CAD/CAM technology integrated into our clinical workflow. The Opportunity We are looking for an associate dentist to join our team in Victoria. This role is part time to start, with the opportunity to grow into full time as the practice continues to expand. The dentist will be supplied with a patient base from the principal dentist. What We're Looking For * Minimum 4 years (preferably 5 years) of clinical practice experience * Willingness to relocate to Victoria, BC * A genuine interest in the holistic and biological side of dentistry, and an openness to whole-body health as it relates to oral care * Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered, conservative approach to treatment * Someone who communicates well with patients and works comfortably as part of a collaborative team What You'll Be Doing As a full service practice, you'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of dentistry, from general and restorative care to orthodontics and surgery.
