Additional divisions, such as the Equitas Health Institute and BRAVO, focus on education, advocacy, and safety. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist position based in Toledo, OH. The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnostic evaluations, preventive care, restorative procedures, and oral health education. Key responsibilities include performing routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, and managing periodontal therapy. The role also involves ensuring patient satisfaction, maintaining detailed medical records, recommending appropriate treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care. Qualifications Proficiency in general dental procedures, including diagnostic evaluations, restorative care, and preventative dentistry Exceptional skills in patient communication, empathetic care, and educating patients on oral health best practices Experience in managing and maintaining up-to-date dental records and ensuring accurate treatment documentation Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with medical and administrative staff Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state of Ohio Understanding of or experience serving diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ communities, is a strong asset Experience or interest in public health or nonprofit healthcare is beneficial Show more Show less
