About Us: At ZANN Dental Lab, we create top-quality dentures and smile makeovers. We?re looking for an experienced, detail-focused Denture Technician to join us on a piecework basis. This role offers flexible hours and workload, with pay based on the number of pieces completed. Job Description: Job Title: Denture Technician Location: In-person at ZANN Dental Lab Job Type: Part-time / Freelance (Piecework) About the Role: We?re looking for an experienced Denture Technician to independently create complete and partial dentures from start to finish. This is a piecework position, so pay is based on the number of cases completed. Key Responsibilities: * Make complete and partial dentures, plus related dental prosthetics. * Perform all steps: setting teeth, waxing, finishing, polishing, and adjustments. * Work from impressions and models to ensure accuracy and fit. * Follow case notes and instructions for each project. * Maintain high quality, meet deadlines, and keep your workspace clean. Requirements: * 3?5 years? experience in denture fabrication. * Skilled in both digital and traditional techniques. * Able to work independently with strong attention to detail. * Good time management and ability to adapt to changing workloads. Compensation: * Paid per case completed (competitive rates based on experience and complexity). Hiring Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete an unpaid mock/test case to assess skills and quality before hiring.
