Job Description InterSystems HealthShare Provider Directory – Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain the HealthShare Provider Directory application. Design and implement provider data integration from multiple source systems (EHRs, payer systems, NPPES, credentialing systems, etc.). Develop and support interfaces using HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, XML, and JSON. Create and maintain provider master records by performing data normalization, matching, deduplication, and validation. Configure business rules and data stewardship workflows for provider data management. Create linkage based on the Demographic in HSPD Monitor data quality and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate provider records. Support interoperability using FHIR resources such as Practitioner, PractitionerRole, Organization, Location, HealthcareService, and Endpoint. Work with healthcare standards including HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, X12, and HIPAA regulations. Troubleshoot interface failures, message transformations, and production issues. Develop SQL queries and reports for provider and network data analysis. Collaborate with business analysts, healthcare operations teams, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Perform system testing, deployment, and production support. Maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and operational procedures. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and regulatory requirements.
