What You’ll Be Doing Own and scale cloud infrastructure in GCP Architect and manage Kubernetes (GKE) environments across dev, staging, and production Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable deployments Improve system reliability through: Monitoring, Alerting, Incident response Strengthen: Cloud security, IAM, Infrastructure governance Partner closely with backend engineering + AI teams to support real-time production workloads Tech Stack Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Kubernetes / GKE Terraform CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins) Bazel (or similar build systems) Docker Required Experience 4–7+ years as DevOps Engineering Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Infrastructure Engineering Strong hands-on GCP + Kubernetes experience Deep Infrastructure-as-Code expertise (Terraform) Experience building production CI/CD pipelines Strong networking + cloud security fundamentals Nice-to-Haves Bazel / monorepo experience AI/ML infrastructure exposure Real-time systems experience Startup / high-growth company background HIPAA / SOC2 familiarity Selling Points (for candidates) High ownership role — not maintenance mode Direct impact on healthcare outcomes Fast-growing startup with product-market traction AI + healthcare + scale intersection Show more Show less
